If you are considering being a camp counselor! Please Submit the following Forms ASAP

Here are the links for you to apply for summer camps, we need all applicable forms filled out and  returned to the office PRIOR to the camp that you desire to work. If you are new to working with Kentucky Ministries camps, we will need to do a background check, so please give us ample time to complete this process.

If you are not new to Kentucky Ministries summer camps, we have short form that you need to fill out, providing that we have a current background on file. **also, we would like to have on file, a current emergency health form, please return this form along with your application forms**. If you have never been a counselor with any Kentucky Ministries camps you will need to fill out the Counselor Full Application and associated forms.
